Payment Policy

• Rates include V.A.T. and local tax
• In order to guarantee your reservation a deposit of 50% is required.
• The balance to be paid on your arrival.
• Transaction fees are paid by the client.
• Environment fee: 15€ per night

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your reservation 61 days prior to arrival day, you get 100% refund
• If you cancel your reservation 31-60 days prior to arrival day, you get 50% refund
• If you cancel your reservation 01-30 days prior to arrival day, you get 0% refund
